How do I feel when I do something special or important?

The things that are special for me are when I have some activity with my friends or family such as the birthday party, the holiday, traveling etc. When I do these things I will feel very excited. For example, last term I went to Hua Hin with my friends for 4 days. At first, It was very excited and I really wanted to go there because I thought it would be great to stay and play with my friends without any curfew. There are many times that I feel excited and I usually have a very good time too.
But there are a lot of times too that I feel nervous and worried about the thing that I am going to do. This thing is always the thing that is important, such as when I do the test or when I have to do something in front of many people such as the presentation, Thai dancing at school and outside the school. These activities always make me nervous and I cannot do anything else because I have to concentrate only on the thing I am going to do. I also want to sit alone quietly to make myself not feel more nervous and I sometimes feel a little bit serious if I prepare the thing that I am going to do less than usual.

I just like you, if I will do something that important, I will feel nervous and I want to sit alone. Someone tells me if I practiced it more, I will confidently myself and not very nervous. I don’t like to do something that there are many people look at me but if I have more practice, I will want to do it first because I will not worry about another person. I think that is other way that can make me feel better.

I think your method to control your emotion is good but I do like that before I present, I can’t control my feeling. I feel nervous; my hands are cold when I present although before I do it I think I won’t feel like that. The emotions are hard to control, do you think so? Then I try to have more confident by make sure with my scrip or have practices it many time, I think (maybe) it can make me don’t feel nervous too much. And I think like you when we have a time with our important person, it is the special time.
